Custom work begins only after A2TDEV sends a proposal and the client accepts it. A proposal may include scope, deliverables, timeline, total price, upfront payment, milestones, terms, assumptions, exclusions, and support limits.
- Proposal acceptance means you approve the scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and payment structure.
- Development may not begin until required upfront payment is received and verified.
- Changes outside the accepted proposal may require a new quote, change order, timeline adjustment, or additional payment.
6. Payments
Payments may be required for software engineering service products, upfront project payments, milestones, final delivery, support, consulting, or other services. Payment obligations are shown in the checkout, proposal, invoice, dashboard, or payment page.
7. Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products may include templates, source code, tools, website packages, dashboards, documentation, or other downloadable files. Download access is granted only after successful payment verification.
8. Digital Product License
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, leak, publish, give away, or claim A2TDEV source code, templates, designs, documentation, or product assets as your own standalone product.

A2TDEV retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates, frameworks, know-how, designs, documentation, product assets, and reusable components unless expressly transferred in writing.
12. Third-Party Services and Dependencies
Projects or products may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, APIs, payment gateways, email providers, analytics, packages, libraries, themes, plugins, or frameworks. A2TDEV is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, terms, restrictions, bugs, security issues, or account decisions.
13. Acceptable Use
You must not use the website or services to violate laws, upload harmful files, attempt to disrupt the platform, submit prohibited content, or bypass payment, licensing, access restrictions, security controls, or download protections.
14. Disclaimers
The website, blog content, digital products, code, demos, templates, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Limitation of Liability
